td200 displaying only first alarm message after months of shutdown

I have a td200 displaying only the first alarm message after several months of shutdown. It remained until I downloaded the plc program again. But after another long shut down, it happened again. How can we solve this issue? Maybe by installing an external Memory Cartridge?
My cpu is 6ES7214-1AC01-0XB0 and my td200 is 6ES7272-0AA00-0YA0.
