Good day all, I'm very new with this HMI. We use Proficy HMI/SCADA-iFIX. Our computer took a dump. We had a ghost hard-drive and it loaded windows ok, however, the iFIX version is a 3.5 and the one I need to use is a newer version. We have another computer that is supposed to be linked to the HMI that has the current version. I tried to use a thumb-drive and copy the new version from the one computer and load it onto the computer at the machine and it wont work. I keep getting a message that says "Failed to create the network mode 1 object instance". I'm very new at this so I'm sure you folks are going to need more info from me. I would appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you
