Help to programming

Hello everyone.

I sit fiddling with something siemens s7-300 PLC programming. But can not really get it to work.

I must have made a piece of programming where you can press start and then go to a time before the engine starts. When the engine is started, a new start. There is also an input to tell if there is engine failure. If it is the engine stop and everything behind to stop. When the engine failure is removed and you must start again, press start.
