Micrologix communication with serial modem for three PLC's

hi Friends

My application is using micrologix through data send through serial modem to other to Plc's of Micrologix with serial modem
so how to assign three plc's for message instruction.
i done in Ethernet communication in that assign the IP-address of one plc to other two plc's
but how we assign in serial modem
Plz if u know send the solution i hope your understand
