Hello, I try to find information about Soft-plc, history etc. Do anyone know some great page or anything? I´m going to do a presentation about that in school, and have problems finding info.

Are you referring to T.I. Soft, as in texas instruments software?

The rule of thumb I always use is:
"If Bill Gates is involved in any way, you don't want it controlling your machinery."
A soft PLC running on a Windows machine is a contradiction in terms. Windows machines crash once a day, whether they need it or not, and are therefore, not running.
PLC's sit there and run and run and run--been doing it for years and will be doing it for years to come--why use anything else???
