Help upload memory card

Hello everyone iam beginner user s7-300 , i need help procedure to upload completly BU prog in the cpu 313 or from memory card to my laptop. because i worry to loss my program and dont have back up.

Do you have step7 and the correct cables?

If you do, open up step7, go to NEW PROJECT, type in a name for the project, then select PLC in the menu bar and you will an option UPLOAD STATION TO PG. It will ask for node address, just click VIEW and wait for it to return the node address, then click OK. Be warned, you will not have a commented version, but for a backup, its perfect
