MicorLogix to SLC 5/05 communications configuration

Hello all I am looking for some assistance in connecting a Micrologix 1200 (1762-L40AWA) to a SLC5/05 (1747-L551C) via a 1761-NET-AIC module.

The AIC will be connected to the Micrologix via the PORT 2 connector and the SLC5/05 will be connected to the AIC at PORT 1 and to the DB9 port on the SLC5/05.

All I need to do is get the the digitals from the Micro to the SLC the SLC will have all of the logic/control

Any help would be appreciated, never done this before so I'm a newb
