E10-npn

I began to study PLC in the school.
I want to buy a small PLC to practice at home.
I saw that the E10-npn.
Where can I buy it cheap? (with delivery to Israel)

I want to start a small project and it requires me to PLC, which includes:
Digital Inputs 2
Digital Outputs 3
Timers 4

Can anyone recommend a cheap PLC? (70 $)

An even cheaper way is to download some trial software that has a built in PLC Simulator such as this from Moeller.

You can also go with a smart relay, the ones with the lcd on the front. some brand have free software or free demo's. the S-relays will have all the basic functions of a plc, but not the higher or math type functions. Some even have analog i/o, or there is the "Click" from automation direct (http://www.automationdirect.com/adc...Series_PLCs_(Stackable_Micro_Brick)/PLC_Units ) currently listed for 69$ USD and the software is a free download.
