Klockner-Moeller PS316 help

Im am trying to decode a Klockner-Moeller PLC program and re code into mitibishi, i have come across a line that i hope someone can help me with. The line of code in question is as below

---I K0 I-----( M41.8 )

I am aware that M41.8 is a internal bit but
What is K0 refering to ? is this a status bit?
so far i know that

inputs use I
outputs use y
Internal memoru bits use M

any information is apreciated

K is a binary constant and can have values of 0 and 1 viz: K0 or K1

Look in the downloads in Other

Theres a manual for the PS4's, the code is 99% the same
