HMI thru PC

hello to all genuis ...

i M having some problem with HMI via PC ..

1) cant start any equip by PC..example when
press start converyor it didnt work

2) some of Graphis on PC are missing ..example
Bin's and motor..

3) how i could edit this missing graphics
back to system.

using seimens PLC ..
PC are using window vista ..

i had swap with new com cable between the PLC and PC

What HMI Software are you using?

Has it ever worked properly?

If no, then there's a configuration problem.
If yes, then what has changed?

yes it was working properly until recently..they swap PC and reinstall
all(which done by 1of my team mate)..after reinstall it seem having this problem
missing of graphic and cant be control at all.

i not sure but surely will find out ..coz this software was supply by
machine supplier together with control by PC.

***the machine maker wanted to charge with huge amount just to get this
done back .and they wanted us to change the whole thing to new

it just had the word auto batching control and it from ISSC
version 6.0. that all i could see

I'd be looking at the communication driver configuration. It's possibly just not seeing the PLC

As OZEE suggest make sure all the drivers have been installed as well as the symbols libraries etc.
