Siemes MMC - Ram to Rom

I am seeking clarification.

If I do a RAM to ROM on a CPU with a MMC (3152PNDP) does this
create an exact snapshot of the running software. Once the CPU is power cycled will the snapshot be loaded into RAM, so it is restored to that previous condition.

Basically I am considering the status of DB values

Yes. The actual values will be stored on the MMC card.
I always do a RAM-to-ROM when I have finished commisioning a machine.

What is the difference between copy Ram to ROM, Download Program to memory card?

Main difference: The DBs will be set to the actual values of the offline project.
