prosonic s fmu 90 problem

Hy!
I use a prosonic S FMU90 for level mesurement with ultrasonic sensor for non-contact continuous level and flow measurement FDU91. The problem is that it show the error mesage "hardware not recognised after exchange". In user manual they say that this kind of sensor is automatic recognised.. If somebody know how to fix this problem please help me.
