omron cqm1-tc10 temp sescor

Hello Friends.
Have a problem, I will control the temperature on my water boiling.
I have a omron CQM1 CPU 21 or CPU 11th there for I have a CQM1-tc10 cards.
So far I've found out so it should be possible using a PT100 sensor directly to this map??
Is there anyone who can help me, both as an example of code, and how to use the terminals on the card.

Download the W238 manual from the Omron website.

However, I can not really get the card to work.
I have tried myself with a CQM_ AD041.
and some external electronics, now I can see that in ADR. IR02, I have an AD entry, and I can also read/MOWE it in DM1.
But I would like to compare it with another value, and then controle one output gate.
Could you help me with a piece of code I use CX-Programmer.

Have a look at the functions available for the PLC in the manual - particularly CMP (compare).

Many thanks for your help.
Now I have a temperature control system, and it works.
I have a NT20s display lying around.
I also have the NT Shell fore windows.
I have tried to make a program, but it's like that I can not dovnload to the display.
it is something like i have to put the dislay in transfer mode.
can you help me how do I put the display in transfer mode.???

You can access the System Menu by touching two opposite corners.

Then choose Transmit Mode.

many thanks.
I've apparently made a wrong cable, I still can not come into contact with the display.
I get an ERR: Reception Error SCI Framing Error.
Anyone have a suggestion.

Looks like you are missing the Signal Ground.

Pin 5 on PC to Pin 9 on Display

See attached cable pin out.

I think I have it hle right now.

9600 bps.
8 data bits
priority equal
stop bit 2
flow control. hardwer

I just have a new problem. I can only get minimum a 21% then everything goes in tim Out?

OK, I am giving up.
here's my setup.
I made a cable .. suggests. I use ntst 3.3 to program the display with.
it just does not, I've set up ComPort fit the display, as I previously mentioned tours
But anyway, so do I still time out.
What am I doing wrong ......
I have now sided here all day without success.
Help help help I get crazy
