I had to fail over a PLC5/80 (with BCM module) to its standby unit, due to a minor fault (which is cleared by doing this, but when i switched the (now standby) PLC back on, it Major Faulted.

Ive been online and it says Major Fault s:12 = 80. In the description it says "i may have a 32bit input card in a 1 slot address rack, or i may have a local I/O problem". Thing is, i havent touched I/O Cards. This system has been failed over to Standby many times, and atm were running this part of the plant on just 1 PLC. Any ideas what this fault 80 means?
