Lost test boxes in RS5000 SFC

I recieved an uploaded RS5000 project from the field, of course without comments. After exporting tags from the original file and importing to the field file I got almost everything back. The only thing missing were test boxes in my SFC routines.
Why did they not come over? What do I need to do to restore them to the new file? The RS rev is 13.15. The controller is 1769-L32E.
