ML1400 communication with C-more TP

Has anyone used the ML1400 with a C-more touch screen?
I can not get them to communicate through ethernet connection.
i was told by a rockwell rep that the ML1400 is the same as ML1100 to the C-more touch panel. But it does not work. So then one of my co-workers suggested i try communicating through the serial port.
This is fine though I can not find a 9DF1 to 15 D-sub cable, adapter or wiring diagram to be able to try this.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram to share?

A fellow co-worker usd one here and he is out for the next 2 weeks. The problem is in the comms setup of the c more panel.
i cannot remember what he said he had to change.

For others Looking at this thread in future, I have figured out that ML1400 will communicate through the ML1100 "panel manager" make sure your IP address is your controllers IP address and the "panel network" IP is your Touch Panels IP address...
I had them reversed oops...
