Hello I'm new to PLC's. I would like to know how to create a ladder logic circuit using a timer or timers and a start stop station that allows me to start a motor instantly but has a time delay in restarting if their is a power interruption.

To be fair to you, I would suggest that you will get a better response if you post the work you have done so far, or which part of the assignment you cannot grasp. The site gets a lot of help requests from students!

Do you understand how to control the motor without the timer?

I don't need help now

Thanks for answering my post but I found out how to do the restart delay after reading my text book.
