I have a Maple Systems HMI5100T talking to an S7-200 CPU 226 through a Cp-243-1 Ethernet module. The two systems talk just fine however when I attempt an ethernet connection to the PLC from a PC running Micro/WIN programming software, I cannot connect until I unplug the HMI and wait approx 1 minute. IP addresses are as follows:

HMI: 192.168.0.201
PLC: 192.168.0.211
PC: 192.168.0.150

This is a very strange issue and I was wondering if anyone else had seen it.

It's possible that the HMI or PLC has reserved 100 addresses. Try changing the third bit from zero to one on one unit, and a two on the other.
HMI 192.168.0.201.
PLC 192.168.1.211
PC: 192.168.2.150
