MOV 12 bits starting at address S10 to register D90.

Just as a clarification the 'K3' part of the instruction refers to the number of nybbles (groups of 4 bits) to action - so as STL??? mentions you are moving 3 nybbles (12 bits) from S10 to D90

K=decimal constant
3=3 nibble(4bits)
S10=operand
D90=operand

S10..S13->D90
