winCC flexible 2008 - import DB data from step7 to Variables list

can someone explain me how I can import all or some of the data in a DB from step7 to winCC flexible 2008 ? I tried with the tag converter, following this video

but at the end of the procedure the converter says me "0 tag converted", and the CSV file is empty and I don't understand why....

Can someone give me some help or suggest another way?
