PV1000 self test hang at 32

hi all,

the paneview1000 encounter an self test error 32 when it reboot.
We check that it is an something related to this powercap with crystal of part no: DS9034PCX.
We verified by changing another DS9034PCX which was removed from another panelview 600.
But no problem still hangs at 32.
Do you have any idea? anyone care to give some suggestions

what i change is the real time clock. i take from another
panelview 600 and replace it onto my oanelview 1000. But it still doesnt work.

anyone can help?

Why does PanelView 1400 self test 32 fail?

The real time clock battery test has failed. These batteries have a 7 year life span.
Replace real- time clock or send the unit for repair.
The 2711-NB2 is used with:
PV550 Keypad or Keypad and Touch Series A through Series D

The 2711-NB3 is used with:
PV550 Keypad or Keypad and Touch Series E and F
PV600 Keypad or Keypad and Touch Series A and B
PV900 All
PV1000 Keypad or Touch Series A and B
PV1400 All

The 2711-NB4 is used with:
PV300 Keypad
PV550 Keypad or Keypad and Touch Series G and later
PV550 Touch Only All
PV600 Keypad or Keypad and Touch Series C and later
PV600 Touch Only All
PV1000 Keypad and Touch Series C and later
