I started on what I thought should be an easy search for a new multifunction printer for our Engineering office, it hasn't been as easy as I thought.
I am looking for a colour laser printer/copier/scanner/fax, that will handle 11X17" paper. I don't really care about paper capacity or print speeds just needs to be able to do 11"X17".
The cheapest I can find is a lexmark at about $4K, the cheapest HP is about $9K! There has to be something cheaper on the market that can meet these requirements? It won't be a heavily used printer, maybe 1000 sheets per month.
Any suggestions or recomendations.
