WinCC runtime&PLC communication

hello everybody
i need your help so i try to connect between plc Siemens S7 300(cpu 314 2Dp) and PC Wincc flexible runtime

does the communication can be done using USB PC adaptor (MPI/DP) ??
Or i must use MPI Card or profibus card sich as (CP5512)??
