need help on Proface program font different from source...

Is there anyone who can help me on my proface program downloaded font?

I have this machine from korea, using GP2501s proface HMI.

The font of the program is korean, but when I downloaded the program, the font

become unreadable ( just like ASCII code ) if I were not mistaken.

Can anyone help me on this? Is there a needed setting or protocol?
