ABB Sattcon SC15 using Telnet

Has anyone ever used Telnet to force I/O and change the values of I/O in a Sattcon PLC SC15?? we have Dox 5 but have heard of people using telnet to force/test I/O. Does anyone have a list of commands for telnetting? Onsite we use the COMLI communication software to communicate with Intouch.

I have never used telnet for communicating Comli, only our gateways (HMS,Anybus Communicator). Enclosed you will find the Comli-specification.
