Does the TD200 simulator works propperly?

Hello,
I have problem with "Need parameter block" message in S7-200
simulator v3.0
I used several templates from this page and even from siemens tips&tricks site, but result stay the same (no param block). Can you have a look, wha I do wrong?
The param block in TD200 I have set to 0.
