Hi,
I have a WinCC Flexible 2008 project. It is configured as a PC RT. If I use the Runtime on my laptop (development environment) it works fine; communicates to PLC, displays values etc as you would expect.
However, I have installed WinCC Flexible 2008 RT including the licences onto another PC and the project starts but there are just ## where all the values should be, and I don't see the pop-up window which says whether the connection was successful or not.
I can ping the PLC from the PC so actual connectivity shouldn't be an issue.
The PLCs are all on the schema 10.96.25.xxx whereas all the PCs (including my laptop) are on 10.96.17.yyy. If the problem was the different IP schema then why does my laptop work ok?
I have ethernet enabled as channel 2 and I can send the project from my laptop to the target PC with no problem, but for some reason the thing doesn't want to communicate with the PLC?
Is this a Netpro thing? I don't know much about Netpro! :-( In Netpro there is no line from the WinCC to the CPU.
CPU is a 317-2 dp/pn.
Thanks,
Martin
