T170b

Hello guys, I am use to S7 PLC and the Simatic Manager enviroment, I just bought one touch screen T170B Simatic panel, I wanted to program this panel, I have the required winCCC advance, dont know which interface cable will communicate between my Laptop and the T170B, My Laptop has a true on board serial port, I have an S7 300 and S7 200 communication cable one end USB and the other end RS232, but I can not communicate with my T170B using those cable, Please enlightern me more on the right interface cable and the posible configuration necessary to esterblish conection between the T170B and my Laptop.
