Replacement for a Phonex Digital F/O - CNB card

Does anyone know of a replacement for a Phoenix Digital Fiber optic to Control Net (CNB) rack mounted card? I called them and the price is $3250 for a single card or $1650 to have them repair it.

If anyone knows somewhere to get one cheaper, Please let me know.
