Hi, I'm new to the website. I use LogixPro. I'm trying to find the symbols for a pressure switch, and a temperature switch. Where do I go in the program to find them, or which ones would I use?

Can you please clarify - are you wanting to know what the symbols are for a pressure switch and a temperature switch, or are you wanting to know how to program them in ladder?

In ladder the symbols are -] [- and -]\[-. All ladder cares about is the status of the bit in the input image, whether it is on or off, it does not care what the physical device is.

What I meant is in the I/O simulation, you right click on the input addresses and it changes the symbols. It has two pushbutton symbols,and 2 pressure switch symbols (yeah I don't know why I asked that one). On a PLC schematic the tempurature switch has a square wave below a line. I can't find that symbol on LogixPro
