microAMps, Megohms pass/fail relay

1. Looking for a current sensing device that we can put into an industrial control panel to measure 40microamps. (0.00040) For PASS/FAIL. Either a current sensing relay, or a transducer with a a full scale of 1millamp measuring input and 0-10vdc analog output.

2. Looking for a resistance measuring device. Need to measure
1.29megohm. Again for PASS/FAIL

Are these for installation on energized equipment
OR
bench top test equipment?

You didn't mention what type of panel, but these guys make instruments for 19" rack panels that can do what you want. Not sure about outputs, but I know GPIB is one:
