How to connect with ALG223 module

Hi friends;
I make a circuit and now i want to connect with analog module ALG223. Plz guide me how i wire up?
Terminal number 2 of module gives me 24 volt and terminal 3 to 18 are the channel input.Plz guide me how i connect with ALG223?
