I am looking for a help with pulse width modulation on a s7-200 for a 12 volt motor. Is there a step by step by step tutorial out there? What I keep stumbling on is how to start after pulling up the wizard, how do I figure out the cycle and pulse numbers ? Is there a formula to use my instructor said 50% cycle and 100 hrz.

I think that tips #22b & 23b in the link below is what you maybe looking for. Down load the file there are aprox 60 projects and enjoy. Also check the user manual starting on page 133. And the tips section.
It helped me when I was experimenting with PWM.
