I have question, i realy need to help from everyone.

Which cable I can use for upload/download program from PLC5/20 to Computer,

The 1784-CP10. See pdf below for the pin-out. Or any null-modem cable will do.

Does your PC have a serial port ? if not you will need a USB to serial adapter.
Brand name "Keyspan" is a very good one. See link below if you need one.

If you want to connect to the DH+ port then the 1784-U2DHP ( USB to DH+ converter ) is your best option.
