Mitsi E Designer issue

Hi
I have an E1100 and a QU03UDE CPU.

The time of day is set in the HMI and sent to the PLC but the 6 registers dont tally with the manual or on line help, an although it is set for every ten seconds the registers only seem to update every minute

Any one seen this before?
