Can trun off by setting to ZERO?

Hi Guys...Good question here... I would like to turn "cooling 1 set point" off or bypass it. can i acommplish that by setting the source to Zero in the MOV instrution? would that be the same as a bypass? only troubleshooting.....

Probably not. The PID control would then try to 'cool' to a setting of '0'. It wouldn't 'turn off' the cooling.

Basically I will have to find the cooling control for that rung and set the presets off for that MOV maybe like a Troubleshooting bit.

Are you trying to turn off the cooling output? Do you want to control it manually? It's not clear.

Put the PID loop in manual and move a value into the output 0 or 100% whatever direction stops the cooling process.

If I understand you correctly.

ok sure... toggle the cooling group 1 on and off from the speer panel..
