I have a small problem,
I'm using a number of ultra 100 indexing drives on devicenet
When a homing routine is initiated, the motor is driven to a home sensor then backs off the sensor and once again driven to the sensor, I then send a homing reference signal to the drive to tell it that this is home position.
The problem I am getting is that on occasion when homing is initiated it does the routine but on the final approach to homing sensor it ignores it and carries on until the hardwired over-travel switch is tripped.
This tends to happen more often than not after an E-Stop.
Does anyone have any Idea why this should happen?
Steve
