Simotion Scout Fault: F07411

Does anyone have any information on this Simotion Fault F07411 which is a Drive Fault Flux Controller Output Limited? I cannot figure out what is triggering this fault or how to correct it for happenning again.

The help function for Simotion Scout is the worse I've seen yet so far!

Acknowledge: 
IMMEDIATELY 
Cause: 
The specified flux setpoint cannot be reached although 90% of the maximum current has been specified. 
- incorrect motor data. 
- motor data and motor configuration (star/delta) do not match. 
- the current limit has been set too low for the motor. 
- induction motor (sensorless, open-loop controlled) in I2t limiting. 
- the Motor Module is too small. 
Remedy: 
- correct the motor data. 
- check the motor configuration. 
- correct the current limits (p0640, p0323). 
- reduce the induction motor load. 
- if required, use a larger Motor Module.

Yes, I verified that in operation its not reaching its current limit or its torque limit. The is still good (same as when working correctly) and the load for our application has not changed. So basically everything that the help file told me to checked has been verified.
