How to connect simatic s7 with simulink?

Hi,
I'm trying to exchange data between simulink and simatic s7 with an OPC server. The problem is I don't know how.
I'm building a simulation in simulink of a wind turbine and I want to send some data in simatic and from simatic to simulink.
The PLC is also simulated with PLCsim.
Can anyone tell me how can this be done step by step?
