I am using Siemens Micromaster MM440 drive for one Application. I have to do the followings -
1. The Machine motor will have two motoring Torque limit settings, 150% and 50%. Motor torque setting is normally 150% except when the machine is approching its target position within 300 mm as sensed by Target position slowdown proximity switch.i.e means when its reaches to end position motor torque limit is set to 50%, if actual torque is beyond 50 % , then one digital output will be taken from drive and will send to PLC and then the locking device will be activated.
2,braking torque to set 100%
Which parameter I need to set to achieve above function.
