hi guys

I need the programe for the PLC S7-200 that can recieve the current and voltage and give me the time betweent the zero crossing of the two sign wave. And then converte the time ( t ) to Q angle

A 50Hz signal gives 20ms between waves. The S7-200 timers best resolution is 1ms. You aren't going to get anything like a sensible reading.

Whta is the conversion time for the S7-200 analogues?

From the Manual:
Analog to digital conversion time: <250 microseconds

and, though I am not entirely sure what it means:
Analog input step response: 1.5 ms to 95%
