Load torque demand (I think you did 222ft lb)
RPM of load
What type load ie constant torque (crane conveyer) variable torque (pump etc)
Motor nameplate data
Available power volt freq phase
Crystal ball is broke.

Hi!
First: You must choose the motor that will give you the torque and speed that you need.
Second: Find a VFD that fits.

No. Crystalball, while very powerful device, is just for data viewing, not matter generator
