Simens S7-300 PLC and data missing

We have Siemens S7-300 PLC and HMI computer. They are communicate each other with opc server. We have another computer for data collection which is connected with PLC through ethernet. I am getting zero values for four parameters on data collection computer but in HMI they are showing fine. Could anyone help me where to look or how to proceed.
