Integrated Circuit Temperature Device.

I have to connect five of these doo-dads to PLC 4-20mA inputs, but I am not having any luck finding information about the electrical characteristics or any signal conditioners.

I put a call into the mfg. (Frick) but had to leave a message hopefully they'll call me back.

Has anyone used these before? I have only used RTD and thermocouple inputs so this is a new one for me.

Thanks,
Paul

I'm getting Analog Devices AD590. Datasheet with conditioning examples.
Something from Frick that leads me to believe it's a AD590. it takes you straight to a PDF. If that doesn't work, Google "ictd temperature" and go to the 3rd link on page 2.

Yep, AD590 appears on the cutsheet from Frick (York). The sheet says "TEMPERATURE WORKING RANGE -55C TO 150C"

The properties on on the AD590 data sheet in your link should be enough for me to figure out what I need to buy. Thanks, guys!
