need help in programming nt31c-V2

hi everyone....
i really need help on configuring the right program for my plc which is OMRON CS1G-CPU43H which i want to connect it to OMRON NT31C-V2....the problem here is that i want to display the counter from the plc to the pt but i dont know the right instruction list to use to move the data to data memory(DM)
can someone show me an example of how the command MOV(021) can be used with DM command....
