Hi,

I need to communicate a WinCC Flexible Runtime with a Versamax Micro 64 PLC + ethernet module. This module support protocols SRTP and Modbus TCP (server).

How can I configure WinCC Flexible Runtime in order to be able to communicate.

Also, I need to install a Siemens HMI like an alternative station linked with GE Versamax Micro 64 PLC. Is that possible?

Thanks in advanced

WinCC Flexible supports Modbus TCP directly.
WinCC Flexible RT can be an OPC client, so if there is an OPC Server for the Versamax PLC, then that is also a possibility.
An OPC Server that gives access to the PLC tags, in stead of fixed memory area like with Modbus, may be the better solution.
