I have setup an S7-300 CPU312(32MB) in Step7 Lite.
Have done the following...
* Configured the hardware: CPU312C in Rack0, Slot 2
* Setup three symbols: "TEST_IN" = I124.0, "TEST_OUT" = Q124.0, "TEST_OUT_2" = Q124.1
* Created OB1:Main_Program
* Drawn ladder logic in OB1, which equates to the following in STL:
I Download everything to the CPU and switch to RUN. The diagnostics show that the CPU is RUNNING with no faults, however I would expect the LED next to output Q124.1 to be lit, until I apply 24V (from same power source as CPU, a PhoenixContact 24v 10A PSU in this case) to I124.0, in which case Q124.1 would go out and Q124.0 would light.
Looks like my program isn't running. Any ideas why?

A "TEST_IN"
