Proface GP477

i download a program from Proface GP477R. this proface language is in japanese but after download the project from GP477R. it is not showing japanese charachter. MY software version GP-Pro PBIII (European Version). my computer has japanese language support. but still it is not showing japanese character. How can i show japanese character correctly in my gp-pro PBIII Software.
