FactoryTalk ME , Slow App Loading

It's taking about 55 seconds to load my 300k app on a 3 Ghz P4.

Is that normal ?

FactoryTalk 6.0, brand new install.

If you want speed, choose a different platform and look for one that is not Windoze based. I started using Red Lion G3s recently, and they do everything from boot up and run to update firmware very fast. So, now when I have to mess with a Panelview Plus, they feel very slow to me too.
