Wonderware Industrial SQL Server

When I start the INSQL, all modules become running except the OLE-DB provider which remains stopped. So I am not able to connect with INSQL from InTouch (Client). The MS SQL Server is also running and communicating with INSQL.
Anyone can guess what the problem is?
